This catalog entry describes a specialized bath bench that rests across the top of a standard bathtub. The aluminum frame is adjustable in length, allowing it to fit tub openings ranging from 23 to 29 inches wide. This design is ideal for users who prefer to sit higher up rather than down inside the tub basin.
The seat is made from a heavy-duty plastic that is easy to sanitize and features a textured surface to help prevent slipping. Because it bridges the tub, it provides a stable platform for those who have difficulty lowering themselves into a low seat. The aluminum construction is lightweight and naturally resistant to corrosion from water.
Installation is straightforward and does not require permanent fixtures, making it a good choice for temporary needs or rental homes. It can support up to 260 lbs and is designed to stay securely in place on the tub rims. This bench offers a simple way to modify a bathroom for improved accessibility and safety.
